We are not resellers with a single mechanic on the phone. Every day, a team of more than 12 professional service technicians with many years of experience takes care of your machines. Thanks to our large team, we can respond flexibly to production breakdowns.

For contracted B2B partners, we also offer a guarantee that a technician will arrive within 24 or 48 hours. Our technicians receive continuous training in new software and mechanics so they can diagnose faults accurately and without delay.

Our technicians handle routine repairs, installations, and machine demonstrations directly in your workshop. Major overhauls take place at our fully equipped headquarters in Boskovice.

If the repair is more demanding, we will lend you a replacement machine for the duration of the service.

Training for your mechanics

Do you have your own maintenance team? Great. We will gladly train your mechanics to operate and perform basic repairs on Garudan machines so that you can be as self-sufficient as possible.

Czech-language support

We supply clear manuals and spare-parts catalogues for all Garudan machines in Czech.
